Terms of content use

Blackmoonpoker reserves the right to delete, to move or to revise any contribution (posting) that does not conform to the rules and regulations. This can take place without notifying the author. The user himself/herself is responsible for any content published by this individual, what ever it may be (text, pictures, photos or any other publications) and agrees not to publish any copyright protected works or texts.

The following is also either prohibited or unwanted:

- Extreme political or religious orientated postings.
- Offensive, pornographic, exploitation and the compromising of juveniles, offensive and dishonourable content.
- Illegally obtained software as well as information or links connected to this.
- E-mail addresses
- Song Lyrics
- Personal information such as telephone numbers, addresses etc.
- Or any other unacceptable postings, not mentioned above that do not comply with the law, good morals standards and forum rules.

Images, graphics and attachments:

When using images, graphics or attachments copyright plays a very important role. The user carries the responsibility for the content produced by him/her (images, graphics and attachments) and when published, the user automatically declares that the copyright for above mentioned belongs to him/her. Not allowed at all are direct links to images or data of foreign servers, or directly links to photos or using photos as hotlinks. This is only allowed when the server or the webspace actually belongs to the user him/her self, or of websites that officially allow it.

Nick- usernames:

Nick names should be chosen thoughtfully. Nicknames that do not comply with the rules mentioned below, will be changed or deleted.
- No domain name or internet address
- No brand names, trade names
- No nicknames that could lead to the confusion or mistaking one user for another
- Offensive nicknames

Copyright:

- The copyright belongs to the author of the posting. As soon as any thing is posted the author gives Blackmoonpoker.com the authority of right of use, even after the posting has been deleted this right of use still stays with Blackmoonpoker.
- Posting made by forum moderators belong to the forum and can be used by Blackmoonpoker.com even after the moderator has left Blackmoonpoker.com
- It is not allowed to use text from other websites unless it is used as a quote.

Registration Rules

Payment Policy:

We accept Visa and MasterCard. For non-US credit card users, charges will be in U.S. Dollar and will be converted by your credit card company. Prepayment is required from all participants that enter through direct buy-in.

Authorisation process:

For authorisation every participant needs to send in a copy of there identification document and a copy of the credit card that is to be used for payment.
Very important, the following has to be made unrecognisable on the credit card copy.

- CCV code on the back of the credit card
- the middle two, four number blocks on the front side of the card

Good readable copies of both the front and the back side of the identity document as well as the credit card has to be sent in to complete authorisation.

The data is only used for the authorisation process and will under no circumstance be saved on the Blackmoonpoker server. Directly after completion of the VIP Blackmoon Pokerboat Tour, all relevant data will be deleted. All data (copies) have to be sent by Skype to (blackmoon_service) or by e-mail to .

Very important, please make sure that the credit card holder, the Blackmoon account holder, the person taking part in the VIP Pokerboat Tour and the person on the Identity document is the same person.

Cancellation Policy:

If participant cancels and gives more then 30 days notice there will be a 20% cancellation fee. If participant cancels with less then 30 days notice the fee will be the entire buy-in.

No Show Policy:

If the participant does not arrive he/she forfeits the buy-in. ( this is in effect as of the official registration period, until 11 am on the 07.10.2009)

Refund Policy:

All refunds are based on the cancellation policy as stated above.

Bad Behaviour:

Bad behaviour will not be permitted. If the participants behaviour is that bad that the tournament director is forced to exclude the participant from the tournament, no refund will be given.

Substitution Policy:

Participant may exchange their seat with someone else. Substitution cannot be done through the website. In order to replace yourself with someone else you must email pokerboat@blackmoonpoker.com. Please provide the following info for the replacement person: name, last name, address, date of birth, phone number, and e-mail address.

Hotel Accommodations:

The $5000 buy-in does not include lodging. Participant are responsible for their own lodging. Blackmoonpoker does offer special discount rates at hotels. Please contact Blackmoonpoker at the following address pokerboat@blackmoonpoker.com for further information. Rates could be subject to change at the discretion of the hotel.

Blackmoonpoker reserves the right to change location, venue and dates for the event due to unenforceable circumstances. Blackmoonpoker reserves the right to change, if necessary, information displayed on the website (http://www.blackmoonpoker.com) pertaining to the event at any time without notice or liability.

Information concerning the prize pool:

The $2 million prize pool is directly linked to the assumption that at least 700 direct buy-in participants will be taking part. This prize pool can therefore vary depending on the amount of direct buy-in participants.

Use of the services

1. To register on the Platform, the User has to be at least 18 years old or such other higher minimum legal age in the jurisdiction of the User. Blackmoonpoker.com reserves the right to request proper and satisfactory documents to verify the age and/or identity of the User. Blackmoonpoker.com has the right to block the account of the User until the User has provided satisfactory proof of age.

2. It is the users responsibility to ensure that the laws of the country of the users residency or location permit the user to register on the Platform.

3. Charges at Blackmoonpoker.com
3.1 With the User's successful and valid registration on Blackmoonpoker.com, the User is authorized to use/participate all offers and services of Blackmoonpoker free of charge.
3.2 An additional registrations for live events presented by Blackmoonpoker.com might have charges/fees that the participant has to pay and therefore explicitly needs to confirm his willingness to pay the charges/fees applicable, for each separate event.

4. In addition to the complimentary use of the services, the User has the opportunity to register at various poker game platforms which are not operated by Blackmoonpoker.com, by using the Platform. Blackmoonpoker.com will not be liable for the content and/or services provided by such poker game platforms linked to by Blackmoonpoker.com. If the User is referred by Blackmoonpoker, these poker game platforms can provide the User with a Startbonus. The referral can be subject to the fulfilment of certain conditions, for example to pass a quiz etc.

5. The transfer of answers of the quiz to third parties is not allowed, as well as publishing the answers in any way, e.g. in forums, blogs, via instant messaging services and can result in the exclusion of the User.
