Not only is the famous harbour city of Cannes, home to the international film festival but from the 8th to the 12th December 2009 it will also host the Blackmoonpoker VIP Poker Boat Tour. The luxury Fashion TV liner and its poker playing guests will depart daily and cruse the waters of the Mediterranean only to return every evening to enjoy this exciting city or relax on the white sandy beach of Cannes. Visit the nearby city of Grasse, the perfume capital of the world or ferry out to the island of Saint-Marguerite, just of the coast of Cannes to relive the fortress prison (the Fort Royal) and all its horrors of "The Man with the Iron Mask". The Poker Bout Tour does not only offer the most extraordinary poker experience but also the chance to relax in one of Europe's most beautiful city.
From the 1300 available seats, 500 seats can be bought directly for an entry fee of $5000 , while 800 seats will be played out in cooperation with our various on-line Poker partners.

The luxury liner has 9 decks and is 138 meters long. Apart from the pool deck, the ship has 2 large indoor bars including DJ and dance floor, an open air night club as well as a Restaurant. Besides the poker tournament there are various events organised, such as wine tasting, outdoor BBQ and a Fashion TV "Fashion Show". There is a free bus shuttle service, operating in 20 minute intervals between the boat and the hotels for all players and their partners. The last remaining 90 players have the opportunity to stay in one of the cabins on the Fashion TV Boat for $200 per night, while partners can join for free.
There are three cabin categories including a small number of superior rooms. Each cabin is equipped , with new high quality TV plasma screens and air conditioning.
Entertainment systems are of high quality and the ship has computerized management systems to control the sound and light equipment and the 262 plasma screens on board. As a special feature, Fashion TV will film and edit parts of the tournament and broadcast it on the global Fashion TV channel.
The ship is equipped with V-Sat, which provides WiFi and and excellent cell phone reception..
